Chords App is a web-based tool for creating, editing, transposing, and sharing chord charts and lyrics for worship and music purposes. Features include:

Chord chart creation and editing
Automatic chord transposition
AI-powered chord extraction from images
Live session broadcasting for teams
Song library management
Print and export functionality

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions as displayed in the app.

Pro Plan: Full access to all features including unlimited AI extractions, live sessions, and song storage. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at checkout.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using Chords App. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share any lyrics or content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the service
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions
Use the service to spam or harass others

8. Live Sessions

When using live session features:

Session leaders are responsible for the content shared in their sessions
Session codes should only be shared with intended participants
We are not responsible for how participants use shared content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chords App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Faith Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
